A multi-disciplinary approach
This project worked with many stakeholder and professional disciplines - such as highway engineers
Sandwiched between the more famous district of Westminster and the larger residences of Lambeth the area lacked its own identity despite the fact it had an unparalleled little known history.
Lighting the tunnels themselves was part of place creation, making distinct identifying icons

Nunerous small spaces and squares were redesigned using visualisations
The regeneration strategy entailed big moves. Working with highways engineers, the whole trunk road was re-alligned and a major junction modified to create a better environment for pedestrians, cyclists and road users. It created new vistas and sight-lines to public spaces and created a new public space outside North Lambeth Station to ease congestion and improve circulation.
Westminster Bridge Road, London
